Additional charges for puppies/special needs and for holiday bookings.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all overnight reservations. This deposit holds your booking and is applied toward your total service cost.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Because we hold your spot exclusively for your pet, the deposit cannot be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may be charged the full service amount.
